4. In case you become a donor and donate any amount to Akhuwat,  the organization will disclose your donating activity or activities on the website. If you do not want your name disclosed against the donation activity then a written request to Akhuwat shall be made, after which Akhuwat will not publish your name against the donating activity. You will receive  emails from time to time from Akhuwat. . Akhuwat will not disclose your email address to our partners in any case -- these emails are sent through a webform without any third party learning your address. You can choose not to receive these emails through a preference on the Website.


5. You may receive periodic newsletter emails from Akhuwat. The frequency of these newsletters may vary but will be no greater than once per month. You can choose not to receive these newsletters through a preference on the Website.

However Akhuwat reserves the right to record and display anonymous lending activity on the Website and display the general regions where our lenders/Donors are located. Akhuwat cannot be responsible or liable in the event due to any factor the anonymous lending activity is identified due to the display of information on the Website.
